All matters pertaining to legal statements, including this information are subject to the jurisdiction and guiding articles of the Charter of the Society known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Africans, also known as the Sacred Charter of the Africans Union.

The Charter takes precedence over any and all legal statements made and where a statement can be said in conflict or inconsistent with the Charter, that statement or clause shall be invalid to the extent that it contravenes a particular article of the Charter.

Private Website for Information Needs of Members |

The Website is for the benefit and private use of Members of the Society. While non-members and officers of alternate societies may visit this site, all information contained on this Website is to be considered private, confidential and not for public use by any non-Ucadian society without the express written permission of the Society.

The misuse of Private documents is considered a crime by the Ucadian societies and most civilized society legal systems. Therefore, the Society reserves the right to pursue to the fullest extent any and all cases of misuse of its private information through the legal courts of Ucadia and alternate societies.

No claim of representation, permission or association with African Union |

In no way does the Society make any claim, statement, or support any communication of any kind that may in anyway be construed as the Society having any association, relationship or similarity whatsoever with the subordinate entity known as the African Union. |

While alternate societies may recognize the African Union as having validity, the Society refers to its superior legal personality as being registered in the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven, including its valid recognition of Title In Allodium -neither of which are bestowed to the inferior entity known as the African Union. |

Therefore, the Society rejects and shall reject any and all claims, demands, legal threats or any other false accusations which may or may not be made based upon false and deliberately mischievous assertions that the Society in any way claims association to the inferior entity known as the Africans Union. |

Any such falsities and errors are null and void ab initio (from the beginning) and the Society shall reserve its right to pursue all legal remedy offered by all societies against any man, woman, person or corporation that makes such false claims. |

Unsolicited Confidential information |

The Society does not want to receive unsolicited confidential or proprietary information from you through our Website. Please note that any unsolicited information or material sent to the Society will be deemed NOT to be confidential.

By sending the Society any unsolicited information or material, you grant the Society an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information and you also agree that the Society is free to use any unsolicited ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send us for any purpose. The Society also reserves the right to return unsolicited material unread to the sender.

Consistent with the Charter of the Society and associated Ucadian societies, the Society shall public on the Public Register and Great Record all transactions and correspondence of significance for the benefit of Members.

The Society is bound by law to make public and transparent its ledgers, registers and accounts. Therefore any request, demand, threat to keep information confidential that otherwise is considered public to members shall itself be an unlawful act against the Society and punishable by the laws of Ucadian societies.

A man, woman or corporation may only choose to keep certain information confidential by not interacting with the Society and choosing not to accept their pre-existing membership to the Ucadian societies.
|
|
| |
Any law of any alternate society that seeks to contravene these laws of Ucadian societies and impose secretive and contrary demands shall be rendered null and void ab initio (from the beginning).

Fraud and Misrepresentations |

The Society reserves the right to pursue and lawfully punish to the maximum extent any man, woman, corporation that makes false representations purportedly from the Society, regardless of the medium.

As any fraud and/or misrepresentation seeks to deliberately or unwittingly damage the reputation and standing of the Society, the Society reserves the right to implement immediate actions to stop, arrest, detain, imprison, liquidate, and/or quarantine any such threat.

Notice is hereby given to any and all men, women, persons and corporations that may make false, misleading and fraudulent representations allegedly on behalf of the Society that the Society shall pursue you with all lawful means necessary, regardless of where you live or move, to ensure that you are unable to undertake any such action again.

Attacks against the Society |

Whilst the Society seeks to provide financial remedy and services to support the well being of individuals, families, corporations and regions, there may be some men, women, persons and corporations that seek to harm the Society through direct or indirect attack.

Please be aware that every attack, regardless of the age of the attacker or whether it was done with no real intent of malice shall be considered a threat of the gravest significance.

Notice is hereby given to all visitors to this site and all those who may reference this Website in code, programs of any kind that any direct or indirect attack on the assets of the Society shall be met with the full force of all the Ucadian societies and the laws of alternate societies, no matter what age the alleged perpetrator(s).
