Article 25-Officers of the Court |
| 25.1 |
Officers of the Court |
| |
An officer of the court is any man or woman holding an official position under oath sworn to uphold the laws of a society directly assisting in the general operation of the courtroom and/or assisting a judge or magistrate. |
| 25.2 |
Officers without an affirmed/sworn oath |
| |
Where a man or woman holds a position assisting the general operation of court and/or assisting judges but has not affirmed/sworn an oath to uphold the Living Law and the laws of a given society, then such a man or woman cannot lawfully be considered an Officer of the Court. |
| |
Where a man or woman holds a position of Affirmation of Right and law enforcement powers, but denies any obligation and respect to uphold the law then such a man or woman must be lawfully classed as nothing more than a mercenary, a highwayman or pirate having no legitimate authority whatsoever. |
| 25.3 |
Officers of the Court are duty bound to obey the courts having the highest jurisdiction |
| |
A true Officer of the Court is duty bound to obey the rule of law being that orders from courts having the highest jurisdiction must be obeyed ahead of any contrary orders from courts of lower jurisdiction. |
| |
Any Office of the Court that disobeys an order from a court of the highest jurisdiction of the society in favour of orders from a lower court shall be committing a grave injury to the law and crime under the laws of most societies. |
| 25.4 |
The Courts of One Heaven are the highest courts of all jurisdictions |
| |
When a Judge of a Court of the Society, also being a Judge of One Heaven issues an order, then such an order shall be an order of the highest court of any and every society. |
