| 7.1 | Legislative Code and Criminal Code | |
| The Legislative Code of The Society shall be responsible for administering the operations and procedures of the Legislative Branch consistent with the Charter, whereas the Criminal Code shall be responsible for the conditions and rules of criminal law. | ||
| The Criminal Code depends in part upon the Legislative Code in the fair operation and respect of the Legislative Branch of the independence of the Legislative Branch and Judicial Branch and the fair hearing of charges and cases of accused men and women. | ||
| Similarly, the Legislative Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Criminal Code in cases of certain breaches of the Legislative Code deemed as criminal acts. | ||
