22.1 Human Knowledge and Africans Union  
  As defined in the Charter of Africans Union it is a primary purpose of Africans Union to classify, standardize, protect and promote the unity of common knowledge and wisdom of humanity that resides in its sciences, arts, religion and philosophy so that all Men and Women from the age of six will have the capacity to read, write and speak a major language and be aware of the common knowledge, customs and knowledge of humanity.
