| 3.1 | To whom the Civil code applies | |
| This Code shall apply to any guest, member of the Africans Union Free Society and any man, woman, person or other body who is a temporary or permament resident of the territories of Africans Union. | ||
| 3.2 | The Operation of Civil Code of Africans Union | |
| Any civil action required by law to be brought before a Judge and Court of Africans Union shall reference the private law standards under this Code. | ||
| This Code shall be the one single document to which all Civil Courts defer in relation to the proper relationships of civil law and responsibility. | ||
